The affectionately named 'Oni Ko Dojo' (Training hall of the Devil children) is situated in Liverpool's Old Swan area. You'll understand why the name is so appropriate once you've met the younger students!!
Oni Ko Dojo has been open for 5 years and is a traditional style Dojo, with the added benefits of Tatami (matted training area), punch bags and Makiwara. Due to the height of the ceiling it is ideal for longer range weapons. The juniors and seniors are taught along side each other most of the time as we find this is mutually beneficial, although there is an advanced lesson especially for seniors.
Oni Ko (Little Demon) is also the martial name given to the instructor of the Old Swan Dojo, Sensei Graham Clunan, you can see the resemblance below!!!
