Back on Tenerife, you could smell the sulphur and see steam comming out of the volcanic vents up on the top of mount Teide. It wasn't as cold as it looks; although it is 12,000 ft up. Gasp, oxygen!

The views were stunning at the top.

Not only did most of us feel as though we needed oxygen at the top; most of us felt like it on the way down too! The dust trails from the person in front were lung busting. This photo was taken after about 5hrs of walking down Teide.
