My name is Arwen and here is a little information about me and my practice!

Since I started using Reiki I have witnessed the loving and gentle nature of this Energy on many different levels. Within others and within myself I have seen its limitless capabilities do so much good and still Reiki continues to amaze me.

I have also been drawn to use Crystals when I work with Reiki, although this is a new venture, I have already found that the crystals add a wonderful dimension. I am excited to keep developing this side therefore if you come for treatment I will be happy to (if required) use the crystals – at no extra charge.

I have lived in Cornwall for most of my life, which is an amazing place, it is so beautiful and is a wonderful place to just try and be!

I read a lot, Tibetan Buddhism interests me greatly and although I cannot say that I am a practising Buddhist there are many aspects that sit well with my own ethics. I try and meditate whenever possible and developing calm within myself is an ongoing project of mine!

I suppose I would like to think that I am multi-faithed, there are aspects of all religions that I can understand and I do believe that at the end of the day they are all different interpretations of the same “essence”! Personally, I feel that I am closest to “God”, “Buddha”, “Allah” when sitting on a beach or in the woods.
