A back door from the utility room accesses a private patio beside the burn and shared garden area;

Upstairs there is 1 double bedroom (king sized bed), 1 twin bedded room and a shower room with toilet and hand basin.

Ample car parking, TV, video, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, garden furniture.Across the burn there is a gas barbecue on a paved barbecue area shared with the Stables and the Hayloft.
