After being active for seven (dazzling) months on the internet, it became apparent so much news was taking place in the world of Amanda that to present the stories on the front page of Amanda Bynes UK would cause for a lot of unnecessary loading and, some might say, reading. I needed a solution. So I followed in the footsteps of the late, great Amanda Bynes NOW! website and collected together the week's news stories and published them in a section I called "The Edit". It shone for many weeks, especially during the UK premiere of What I Like About You, but as Amanda's popularity dipped in-between films and appearances, so did the amount of news that took place, meaning that weekly editions turned into monthly editions, and monthly editions turned into bi-monthly editions, until eventually the whole thing basically fizzled out with a not-so-grand final edition revealing Amanda had signed onto play Penny Pingleton in the movie musical version of "Hairspray"... probably about a month after everyone already knew! I admit, I am not one of the best aspiring reporters; my headlines we're the bluest of cheeses and my scoops we're scrapping the bottom of the barrel. But now and then I pulled out a few gems.
