The Bon Jovi Spotlight recounts the career of rockers from New Jersey whose 20-year career has taken them from a debut gig at a bowling alley to stadium shows worldwide. The report appears in advance of the Nov. 16th release by Island Records of the five-CD box set "100,000,000 Bon Jovi Fans Can't Be Wrong."

The Billboard report will feature:

* A comprehensive history of the band from their first Top 40 hit "Runaway" to the milestone of 100 million in global record sales, as reported by their record company.

* An exclusive Q&A interview with the members of the band -- frontman Jon Bon Jovi, guitarist Richie Sambora, keyboardist David Bryan, and percussionist Tico Torres -- as well as music executives who have worked with the group throughout their career.

* A preview of the box set "100,000,000 Bon Jovi Fans Can't Be Wrong," which includes 38 previously unreleased recordings, 12 non-album tracks and a DVD of interviews and other footage. Also: news of the next Bon Jovi studio album and tour.

* A look at Bon Jovi's continuing strength as a concert draw worldwide. "Without question, they are truly one of the best live acts in music," says Rob Light of the Creative Artist Agency, Bon Jovi's long-time booking agent in the United States.

* An exclusive ranking of Bon Jovi's albums and singles as they have appeared on Billboard charts.

"The worldwide stature that Bon Jovi has achieved over the course of these past two decades has assured the band a place at the very top of contemporary rock's pantheon," says Antonio "LA" Reid, chairman of the Island Def Jam Music Group.

"Their litany of career milestones, encompassing the '80s, '90s and beyond, on the charts, on the road, and in the hearts of one of rock's most loyal followings, is truly the stuff legends are made of."
