You will need: Bap halves Tomato ketchup 200g grated cheese Yellow, green and red peppers Olive oil

Lightly toast each side. Spread with ketchup and sprinkle with cheese. Add peppers and drizzle with a teaspoon of olive oil. Grill for about 5 minutes.
You will need: 2 eggs 225g caster sugar 50g melted butter 50g cocoa powder 1/2 tsp vanilla essence 1/2tsp baking powder 1/2 bag chocolate chips a pinch of salt
Brownie's brownie's
Whisk the eggs and the sugar together until creamy then beat in the melted butter and vanilla essence. Seive the flour, cocoa and baking powder and salt in the mixture. Slop the mixture into a greased tin and pop in the oven at 190c for 30 minutes. The Brownie's should be soft with a gooey centre. Leave to col for about 10 minutes.
You will need: 100g plain chocolate 100g unsalted butter, diced 250g Tate and Lyle cane sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence -To coat truffles use Tate and Lyle icing sugar, cocoa powder or chocolate strands.
Place chocolate in a non-stick pan over a low heat until just melted.
Chocolate truffles
Beat the butter until creamy and soft. Stir in the melted chocolate, icing sugar and vanilla essence. Beat the ingredients well and chill for 45 mintes Using a teaspoon scoop out small quantities and roll into even sized balls. Put a choice of coatings into different bowls and roll them. Stor the truffles in a cool place.
You will ned: a ripe banana funsize chocolate bars aluminium foil
Going Bananas!!
Slit the banana, chop the chocolate and wedge pieces into banana. Wrap the banana in foil and place in the fire or BBQ.
