How we can help the visually impaired.

What we can do for you.
If you are a blind or partially sighted person or you know someone who is we can provide you with your local Whitstable news free on audio cassette each week.

The cassette will be delivered to you free of charge through the post.

The cassette will contain 45 minutes of news, edited from the Whitstable Times and the Whitstable Gazette. It will also contain 45 minutes of a magazine program especially produced for you.

If you have need of a service such as this or you know someone who has such a need, contact us on

If you have need of this service but not in Whitstable, then you should contact the Kent Association for the Blind if you live in Kent or theTalking newspaper Association of the UK (TNAUK) if you live in other parts of the UK
