Salvation Army Hall Sold
Another underused amenity in West Bletchley has been lost.
The Salvation Army Hall and adjoining land on Meagers
Hill, Buckingham Road has been sold (reportedly for £280,000
for the hall itself). Planning permission has been granted for housing
development with a road entry on to Buckingham Road. The future of the
disused car showroom and garage next to it on the corner of Buckingham
and Newton Roads has not yet been settled.
