The West Bletchley Neighbourhood Council has objected to proposals for RMC Aggregates near to the Railway Station to work all through the night, because of the noise element for nearby residents. The Milton Keynes Development Control Committee turned down an application by RMC Aggregates for permanent removal of the condition to enable night time working of the plant. RMC have appealed against this decision. The Inspector took written representations by 8th. March without a public meeting. This appeal has now been rejected.
