By Car

From Launceston take the A395 to Camelford

Through Camelford, turn onto the B3266 signposted Bodmin

Follow this road for about 8 miles until you pass a garage on your left, just past a sign saying Longstone

Take the next turning on the right signposted St Mabyn

Travel for 1 mile until you come to the village of St Mabyn

Just past the pub take a right turn by the telephone box signposted St Tudy

Treglown House is 400yards down this lane on the left

By Train

 North Cornwall's railway station is at Bodmin Parkway on the Penzance to Paddington line. 

Throughout the year there are direct services from most parts of the country with an excellent service from London, Paddington. 

Car hire can be arranged.
