Bears ordered on our Lay-a-way scheme are only reserved on the understanding that the balance be paid within 3 calendar months.

All orders for commissioned bears require a non refundable deposit of 25% to be paid before any work is undertaken. All deposits/installments on personalized bears are not refundable.

All bears sold are for Adult Collectors only they are not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
(As with many collectors bears they do not comply with British/European safety standards due to the components used.)

All orders are to be strictly proforma without exception, no goods will be delivered or dispatched until full payment is recieved. Please allow a short delay when paying by cheque for cheque clearance.
All prices stated do not include packing/carriage/shipping.Carriage is additional, provided by either U.P,S FedEX T.N,T or Parcel Force Standard unless otherwise stated, insurance is included, final price to be agreed on receipt of order.

Deposits are accepted by prior arrangement only. Bears can be held for a period of 14 days until method of payment arrives, however this is also by prior arrangement only.

What is PayPal?
PayPal is a third party service which accepts debit and credit cards along with checks over the internet. Although PayPal requires payment information from you and asks that you establish an account with them, this insures the highest level of security for are customers

Since you are only giving your credit card information to one company, you can be assured that you will not be double charged. In fact, we never see your credit card number or are we able to access it. Many of our customers already have an account with PayPal, allowing them to purchase products from us using monies they already have in an online account.
