I'M WORRIED THAT PEOPLE WILL HEAR ABOUT MY PROBLEM...
Don’t worry! Our representatives arrive in unmarked vehicles (no pest control vans!). They wear simple uniforms. They are discreet and they carry out the treatment as quickly and inconspicuously as possible

WHERE DID THEY COME FROM?
This is no reflection on your standards of hygiene! This problem is becoming more common even in the most established hotels. Chances are one of your guests unwittingly brought some eggs (“barely visible” to the human eye) on their luggage.

IS IT EXPENSIVE?
This treatment is highly cost-effective. Traditional methods required the removal and destruction of all the furnishings in the room. And the use of chemicals meant that the room was unusable for lengthy periods. This method allows all furnishings to be treated and reused —allowing the room to be inhabited in a matter of hours.

IS IT TRUE THAT BEDBUGS ONLY LIVE IN BEDS?
No. Popular places for them to hide include headboards, bed side cabinets, pictures, electrical sockets, curtains and around carpet edgings.

WHY DO THEY ONLY BITE SOME PEOPLE?
They bite everybody but some people have a natural emulsion on their skin which prevents any visible reaction to the bites.

DO THEY CARRY DISEASE?
Even though some bites can become infected (as with any open wound) test so far have shown that Bedbugs carry no diseases.

IS THIS A COMMON PROBLEM?
Bedbugs were common early in the 20th century but were virtually eradicated in the UK. However, increasing international travel has brought an influx of Bedbugs into the country and the number of infected buildings is growing. They spread rapidly from room to room as the eggs have a sticky coating causing them to stick to laundry and temporary beds/furniture.

HOW LONG DO THEY LIVE?
Fully fed Bedbugs have been known to “hibernate” within walls for 12-18 months. This can give the impression that the problem has been solved but they will reappear once they require food.
