Pupil Performance Tracking and Monitoring software is a new and easy-to-use, teacher-friendly, tracking system that monitors pupil progress against targets.
Teachers need only to enter termly results automatically to generate attainment targets for each pupil.
Data Entry is simplified and controlled with on-screen prompts at every stage.
Progress and Performance is measured against targets and under or over-achievers scores are highlighted in both on-screen and printed reports.
A differentiated rate of progress is built in for pupils with Special Educational Needs.
The system measures the performance of both individual pupils and the whole cohort from Foundation through to year 6.
Graphs for Reading, Writing and Mathematics are automatically produced showing the average performance, against target, for the whole cohort and for the average male and female pupils.
Graphs for individual pupils can be produced by selecting the pupil’s name from a drop down list.

Performance Tracker has been developed in collaboration with experienced Primary School Teaching Staff and has already been successfully deployed.
The product simplifies the tracking and monitoring of the progress of the individual pupil throughout their Primary School Years. It automatically generates Targets for Reading, Writing and Mathematics, highlights under or over performance and produces graphs for each pupil in the three core subjects.
Data Entry is simplified and controlled with on-screen prompts at every stage.
Key Pupil-Attainment Targets for Reading, Writing and Mathematics are automatically produced from the Assessment Data you enter. These are shown on a subject-by-subject Performance Monitor for each pupil cohort.
Under and over-achievement is automatically flagged by the use of coloured highlighting.
At every stage you can consult a subject graph for an individual Pupil in Reading, Writing or Mathematics. Each graph is produced simply by selecting the pupil’s name from a drop down list. Performance Tracker will show the Pupil’s performance against their targets and automatically add the following benchmarks to each graph “Average Performance”, “Average Male”, “Average Female” and “Median”.
You only have to enter the termly assessment data or SATS results for each pupil and the software will do the rest.
