Noise:
Most shuttle motions are the loudest part of a loom. This is totally removed when fitting our rapiers.Production:
Shuttles require changing after a number of rows have been produced. This means stopping the loom whilst they are changed. Our rapiers never need to have the loom stopped for this reason.
Safety:
Once a shuttle is sent across a loom, it can leave its track and come out towards the operator. Our system removes this problem by fitting the rapier is guides.
