12.00 noon – 10.00pm on day of arrival / by 11.00am on morning of departure

In the event of cancellation, we regret that one day’s tariff will be charged if booking is cancelled within 24 hours of arrival. This will of course be waived if the room is relet.

Maybe required and are non-refundable.

Continental style breakfast is included in the tariff or a home cooked full English breakfast is £5 extra per person.

We have one family room, which consists of a king-size bed & 2 single beds. A travel cot is available if required.

All our bedrooms are non-smoking, but smoking is permitted in the lounge area.

Complimentary tea / coffee and biscuits is served to all our guests.

We do not have a licence, but we are right next door to the One Pin pub!

There are several good restaurants to suit every pocket within a 3 mile radius.

We are not able to accept animals
