Downstairs the property has a large L shaped living room. The Lounge is triple aspect with open fire, satellite TV (English) and video,(there is a selection of videos at the villa), radio/CD
The patio doors lead onto the terrace which overlooks the private pool.

The dining area has seating for 8 and overlooks the front and rear of the property.
The fully equipped kitchen has a good size fridge freezer, full size oven and hob, dishwasher,microwave,kettle and toaster.
There is a downstairs cloakroom and separate laundry.
Outside there is garden furniture comprising table and chairs, sun-loungers and a BBQ. The garden enjoys a good degree of privacy and provides a good sized patio. There is a private pool with built in light for evening swims ,(20'x 10’).

Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday and include a welcome pack. Bed-linen and towels for guests is included and changed each week.

The supermarket,shops and choice of restaurants are all nearby.
The tennis club (150m), has 4 hard courts and 4 clay courts. There is also a squash court, mini golf and a playground for very young children.

At Pals beach there are bars, casual dining and in the summer banana boat rides and do-nuts.
The medeival town of Pals is 3 km away and has many interesting gift and specialist shops and some very good restaurants.
Markets are held in the area on an almost daily basis.
From Estartit you can take a glass bottomed boat trip to the Isles de Medes (Spains first sea nature reserve). Nearby there is Figueres (approx 45 minutes by car),home to the Salvador Dali museum), and Barcelona (approximately 1 hr 40 minutes by car or 1hour 30 minutes by train from nearby Flaca station.
