Both games won at the weekend.
Houghton by 7 runs, Doveridge by 6 wickets.

Congratulations to Richard L 149 a pb and Simon R 95 a pb his 1st 50+ in adult cricket. They put on 245 for the 1st wicket against Boughton 4th Aug 07.

Congratulations to Philip on his maiden century 126* v Westbury. Phil and John 44* broke the 1985 record for the 4th wicket partnership by 1 run. Now 164*. Great performance.

33 members and friends enjoyed this social precursor to the 2008 season.
The Chairman, Ian Clements, presented the awards for feats on the field of play last season.

This was followed by a delightful ditty "The filming of LTCC," delivered by our own club thespian, Mike Bull. He managed to include virtually all the club members and some wives, in this amusing playlet. Thanks Mike.
