In 1983, to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of London Transport, a number of events were arranged. One of these was the Jubilee Rail Tour. It used a 1972 MkII tube stock, which usually worked on the Jubilee line at that time. It visited various lines, including parts of the Central, Piccadilly and Northern lines. |
