Two large bedrooms: 1 double and 1 Twin.Both bedrooms are spacious with large double wardrobes.
A good sized fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle and toaster.
Bathroom WC including a full size bath with a shower over, and a bidet.
Spacious lounge/diner with two large sofas and an armchair. Large TV with Sky Satellite free-to-view channels.
The lounge leads onto a west-facing terrace, which is equipped with table and chairs, two sun loungers and a barbecue. It benefits from the sun all afternoon until the sun goes down.
The apartments have their own swimming pool, which is very private and secure.
Rental Includes:
Towels, i.e. one large and one small per person (for bathroom use only).
Sheets and throws are provided for the summer months with duvets being provided for the cooler months. .
Bed linen and towels are changed at the end of each week
Fans and heaters are also provided.
The rental of the apartment is stipulated to a maximum of four persons.
Local Area
Just a stones throw away is the Sporting complex, The Aztec Center which offers excellent leisure facilities including Olympic sized swimming pool, Sauna and Jacuzzi, Tennis, Crazy Glof, Gymnasium and Badminton courts to name a few with good quality food and beverages reasonably priced.
Further down the road there are a number of good bars and restaurants, and a supermarket.
