LATEST NEWS - Progress is continuing on the construction of a new N gauge layout, which will feature a section of mainline railway with a nearby branchline. We plan to have the layout completed in 2009. It is interesting to note that the layout will be significantly larger than the club's previous two N gauge layouts "Glenholm" and "Kincraig". BARDOWIE, is the club's latest OO gauge layout. It represents a branchline station set in the British Railways era of the early to mid-1960s. Since its initial contruction in 2005, the layout continues to be extended, with "Bardowie" forming a small passing station with the line extending past the village, including a bridge crossing over a river. The layout features working semaphore signals.
