The club is a friendly club and we aim to promote the hobby and help its members and the general public in any way it can to build model railways, and run them to the highest possible standard. The club mainly models the 1950s to 1960s British steam and green diesel era in both N gauge and 00 gauge. However, on some occasions, modern British traction can be seen on the layouts. The club meetings are held at premises in the centre of Glasgow.
