Introduction
I also have three other sites , which may  be of interest and can also be accessed from the menu above. The other sites have pages , which include.....Fort William Advertisements from 1900 to the 1940 / 50’s , Books old and new pertaining to the town , A selection of Misc Images of the town , including an 1832 Print of Fort William , an 1834 print of Ben Nevis and Inverlochy Castle , an1860's engraving of the town and an 1888 sketch of the High Street. Albumen Prints , taken from glass negatives exposed at the completion of the West Highland Railway in the 1890’s can also be viewed. Finally a small selection  of Photographs taken around Lochaber including Panoramas , by myself. Owing to the number of images involved pages will be slow to load (unless you’re on broadband), so please be patient!

Apparently on the 28th July Orange are closing down "FTP My Site" that I use for the five websites I have created so I will no longer be able to update them and presumably they will cease to exist unless I find a workaround.Unfortunately it looks likely I will need to create a new website if I wish to continue, which may take some time!....New website now under construction at http://users6.nofeehost.com/JCameron/ and I hope to have it up and running before Orange pulls the plug on me!! Please add new link to your favourites!!
