expected more of an advancement from 2000. The problem was
that no-one know where the problems were. So it was difficult
to sort them out.
Most blamed Gary
Anderson for holding the team back in 2000 by using un-tried systems
that hampered reliability and set the team back around 6 month with
development. Which subsequently fell over into 2001.
Throughout the 2001
season there were a number of personnel adjustments being
made. Again this didnt help the team, jut made them more
unsettled.
Early signs show that
2002 will be no better, possibly even worse than the previous two
