Press Statement

As you all know, the tabloid press are once again fuelling rumours of my imminent departure from the Badcelona squad. I issue this statement to
confirm that I am and always have been an FC Badcelona player.

The past year has been turbulant with my alcohol abuse problem and forthcoming match fixing allegations but the boys have helped me through
and I forsee success on the horizon.

I pledge my future to standing as your skipper at FC Badcelona for as long as the loyal support wants me.

STILL WAITING AGAIN FOR THE CAPTAINS VIEW.

Well boys, Another season without silverware passes by. Ni mind eh.

6 ten nil wins didn't really help us as the performances on the pitch were to say the least indifferent. Some good performances against top sides such as Nali and Benfolds were followed with shocking displays against the likes of a few deaf people. The game of the season has to be the five man battle against Red Star where Old Flapper kept a clean sheet as the lads put in
seven without reply.

My player of the season is Paul. Purely based on the fact that in two of our games he scored 7 and 8 goals respectively.

Final league position was once again third.

Hopefully we can build on this and stop being the nearly men of division 8.
