3 Feeding

Scorpions fair well on locust, hoppers (baby locust) & crickets.
If you are only keeping one emperor then locust & hoppers are for you as these can normally be bought individually & crickets are usually sold in tubs of up to fifty.
I favour black crickets as there are around twenty scorpions in each of my two four foot tanks and I put a hole tub in each tank every two to three weeks. With an individual scorpion one locust or two hoppers a week should be plenty.
When there have been young scorpions in the tank I have actually watched adults kill their prey and leave it in the vicinity of the young for them to eat. Emperors really are a communal breed. Water should be readily availible preferably in a shallow dish.
