The Challenge is quite simple:-Julian Nowill has thrown down the gauntlet to those of us with budgets too limited to tackle the great Paris/Dakar Rally.
The Plymouth/Dakar Challenge has a few rules that will help to ensure that team budgets do not run too much a risk of financial peril.
The Challenge is to simply drive the route from Plymouth to Dakar (on a limited budget) with the principle aim of helping some Charitable causes in Senegal and The Gambia.
The Challenge has grown enormously such that three groups are planned for this, the second running of The Challenge.
If all goes well for the teams, we should complete the Challenge within 3 weeks of our departure and make it back in one piece but minus the car!
