Terms and Conditions

• Payment is by cheque only (we do not take credit cards at this time).
• We are, therefore able to keep the cost of goods to a minimum.
• We will endeavour to keep prices to a minimum but where necessary we reserve the right to apply any increases passed on to us by suppliers.
• Confirmation of order will be made
• We will endeavour to despatch orders within 14 working days of receipt of order and cheque.
• If you are not entirely satisfied with your goods you must inform us immediately.
• Once you have informed us, you may return the goods unopened and unused within 14 working days.
• There will, however, be a handling charge of 10% of the value of the order plus postage and packaging charge.
• A refund/credit note will be made available to you upon return of the goods
• The return of the goods is the sole responsibility of the customer
• We accept no responsibility or liability for any inaccuracy, errors and omissions as special attention has been made to the content of the website.
