2008 (Bawtry) Squadron Staff

Bawtry Squadron has around 45 cadets and is constantly growing. However without the help of committed staff the squadron would not exist. The squadron also has a constantly changing group of cadet NCOs (Non Commissioned Officers) who help with the running of the squadron. Promotion from cadet is gained based on several criteria but ultimately is down the squadron commander.
