1. This property is suitable for a maximum of SIX people. Please do not exceed this amount, as there will be a 50% surcharge. Please contact G&F Property Services for information about larger properties. 2. The amount payable is for the property, not the amount of guests staying. 3. An inventory will be prepared and checked, prior to your arrival. You will find a copy of this in your information pack at the property. It is in your own best interests to check this inventory. If you discover any missing or damaged items, please telephone the Property Manager, on your arrival day, any reports after the arrival day will affect the reconciliation of your deposit. 4. An inventory check will be done on the day of your departure. This process will take approximately one hour. Your property manager will arrive at 9.15 am to check the inventory. Please ensure that you are present to witness the check. If you wish to leave before this time, please advise your property manager and arrangements will be made for an early check out. 5. During your stay, you are responsible for the contents of the property and will be liable for any damaged or missing items. 6. Linen and towels will be provided at no extra charge. 7. £5 of electricity is included and further tokens can be purchased from your property manager. 8. Pets are not permitted in this property. 9. Smoking is discouraged. Please smoke outside the house and clear up any cigarette ends. A surcharge will be made for cleaning fabrics on evidence of smoking in the house. 10. Check in is on Saturday (unless prior arrangements have been made) after 4pm. Check out is 9.15 am – 10.15 am unless prior arrangements have been made. Please advise your property manager of your estimated time of arrival so that they may be at the property to welcome you and hand over keys. 11. We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable but, in the event that you cancel you holiday, the deposit can be used for a future booking. Please provide the deposit at the time of booking. 12. Your holiday should be paid in full, at least six weeks before commencement unless prior arrangements have been made. Payments can be made by cheque, (provided enough time is allowed for the cheque to clear before your holiday starts) or electronic transfer. Your property manager will be able to provide bank account details for an electronic transfer. 13. A deposit of £100 must be provided with your final payment. This deposit is to ensure that you look after the holiday home as though it were your own. The cost of any damaged or missing items will be deducted from this deposit and the remainder returned to you. G&F Property Services reserves the right to invoice the person booking the holiday for any amounts above the paid deposit. 14. The owners would prefer if you refrained from gardening. A professional gardener is employed to ensure that the garden is maintained. 15. Please report any faults to the property manager and he/she will ensure that the problem is resolved.
