Artworsrats is a small rattery based in Berkshire and run by a mother and daughter partnership. Artworksrats is not a registered studname. It is the name that we use to identify those rats that we have bred. "Art" is an anagram of rat and we think that all our rats are works of art. Our aim is to breed for temprament, health and beauty. We specialise in dumbo rats particularly blues and topaz but also breed some top eared rats. Although we have had success at shows our rats are essentially our pets. So far in 2006 our rats have won Best Pet at the LSCMRC and Best in Show and Reserve Best in Show at Four Points shows. We do not cull our litters or rehome our senior rats, they live out their natural lives in our family. We are members of the NFRS, LSCMRC, MRC, Estuary and Four Points.
