There are also spin classes – these are a great way to improve cardio-vascular fitness quickly - I can supply time for those if anyone is interested.

Prices for each class vary from £3.30 - £2.60.

 

I suggest that we target Tuesday circuits in the Leisure Centre and Thursday Circuits in the Uni and aim to go for a drink afterwards.
