The longboats and skiffs are rowed in the harbour at Aberystwyth and when the tide is full we can row for a mile or so up the rivers Rheidol and Ystwyth. On calm days we also take the boats out to sea along the beautiful coast of Cardigan Bay. |

| During the summer months we take part in the Welsh Longboat League rowing nearly every weekend on the rivers and estuaries of West Wales and in the inshore waters of the West Wales coastline |

| During the summer months (Easter until the end of September) training
takes place every evening of the week between 17.30 and 19.30. We meet at the Aberystwyth
Boat Club (harbour side near the RNLI station) Senior Men.......................................Monday, Wednesday and Friday Senior Women..................................Tuesday and Thursday Mixed................................................Monday and Thursday Juniors (12 - 17years)........................Friday |
